Since we work with multiple suppliers, inventory may occasionally change after you place an order. If an item becomes unavailable, we’ll notify you within 1–3 business days with the following options:


1. Exchange for a similar style (we’ll send photos for approval)

· Processing time: 1–3 business days (Your order is placed with our supplier after you check out.)

· Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also track your order in your account.

↩️ Returns


We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.


How to Return


1. Email us at baizeandpals@gmail.com to initiate a return.

2. We’ll provide the return address and instructions.

3. Ship the item back to us (see return shipping policy below).


Return Shipping Cost


· If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product, or shipping mistake):

We will cover the return shipping cost. Please contact us, and we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse you.

· If the return is for personal reasons (e.g., changed mind, wrong size ordered, no longer needed):

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. We will deduct the actual return shipping fee from your refund.


Refunds


· Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.

· Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

· A restocking fee (up to 10%) may be applied for personal reason returns, depending on the condition of the item.
